We are the Nashoba Chess Club, a recreational chess league, created for all Kindergarten through 12th grade students in the Nashoba Regional School District.  For more than 20 years we have been teaching and coaching the game of Chess to students in Bolton, Lancaster and Stow, Massachusetts.  Over the years, we have evolved and now welcome K-12 student players from surrounding towns.

Our approach is simple yet structured.   Dr. Imre Toth, our resident Master of Postal Chess, teaches game fundamentals prior to each session.  New players are treated to hands-on instruction at the Beginners’ Table.  Following instruction, the games begin!

Joining is easy. We meet 2-3 times each month from November through March in the cafeteria at the Nashoba Regional High School located at 12 Green Road, Bolton Massachusetts.  Please click on the “Schedule” tab for actual dates and times.  No formal membership is required and you may come to as many or as few session as you’d like…but we think you’ll be back for more!
